There is no question. What a wonder the world is .. ask history the question. Blood and bone are part of our humanity and things some people find disgusting are common ground for some. Slavery is wrong? It is still normal in many places. Abuse of women? Fine in many places... we are savages pretending to be civil.. that is the truth. We have an agreement with our neighbor .. don't walk into our house and steal our milk, honey and women.. but no one has to honor it and certainly Epstien didn't .. so where is the crime? And in this case… some agencies may have really loved this savage… however, those groups in the USA require covert action authority under Title 50 of the US Code; so they need presidential finding, oversight notification to the congressional intelligence committees, and a determination that the activity is necessary to support identifiable foreign policy objectives. …and if a finding existed authorizing an influence and collection operation using Epstein’s network, and if that finding was properly notified to the Gang of Eight in Congress, the participation of those agencies would have been technically legal under American law regardless of how morally repugnant the methods were.
